Our Solution

A low budget/high impact methodology that included an initial expert review of the prototype, followed by online user diaries and online focus groups with the revised prototype in order to assess engagement and meaning.

Results

DIG’s research helped the client in the creation of deeper interactive features and functions that enhanced meaning and engagement, and helped justify its target price point. Mobile apps went on to sell beyond client expectations, win several awards and top 5 category sales on iPhone App store.
