Web / User Interface Evaluation
When evaluating an individual communication or strategy,
we'll consider all aspects of the user's experience with the brand –
both online and offline.
In our user interface evaluations, we look at several factors - concept
acceptance, usability, and communication effectiveness - and make sure they
work in concert to satisfy both customer expectation and your business goals.
We'll measure a web site or other interface’s performance against
established usability heuristics – i.e., generally accepted principles of good
usability and design.
Types of interfaces tested include:
- Usability lab testing for commercial Web sites,
including testing of functional pages, HTML and paper prototypes
- Company intranet
- Proprietary software solutions
- Electronic kiosks
- Handheld devices
